Good basic intro to decluttering your mind through decluttering your life — physical and mental. The book is short and somewhat limited. A chunk of it was previewed for the author's other books, a personal pet peeve. However, there are enough basics here to get you started.
In this day and age, it is all too easy to get overwhelmed both mentally and physically. Stress from being overworked can be an awful problem that people need relief from. Some have decided to deal with the overload in silence as if they are normal things, but you don’t need more stress on your plate when there is a way out of mental chaos. You may not see it at first glance or even realize what’s going on inside yourself until one day something snaps; I know because I’ve been there myself!
The book is a good basic intro to decluttering your mind through decluttering your life — physical and mental. The book includes strategies for managing the space around you, both inside of yourself as well as in our homes we live in. It also discusses how to better handle an overstimulating world’s tendency towards chaos by embracing orderliness instead – or “order-ing.”
The author would like us all (and I agree) to make every effort possible to survive and thrive with balance while living on this planet that can sometimes feel out of control!
